Andrew Mcmahon
VP of Client Relations

Andrew leads the client relationship team for RBS, assisting client groups in managing all aspects of their retiree healthcare programs. Andrew's responsibilities include providing long-term strategic planning for large employer groups, conducting extensive market research and monitoring regulatory developments at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other government agencies.

Andrew interacts daily with Fortune 500 corporate and municipal clientele as the primary liaison responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of their retiree health and welfare benefits. Also responsible for overall client/vendor management, he quarterbacks all current and new client implementation processes and procedures with cross company oversight.

Before joining RBS, Andrew was the Recruiting Coordinator and Head Assistant Coach for the Clemson University Men's Soccer program where his main responsibility was worldwide recruitment of the highest qualified candidates.

Prior to his tenure at Clemson, Andrew was a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank and Trust. His responsibilities included custodial duties for five funds with net assets over $1 billion and preparation of daily, monthly, and year-end reports for clients, auditors and business journals. Andrew was also instrumental in the training of all new employees within State Street's Alliance Capital Group.

Andrew received his B.S. degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Stonehill College and his Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. In addition, he completed the Bryant University Executive Development Center's Project Management Certificate Program.
