Shelley Dupont Client Relations Shelley Dupont is a member of the Client Relations team at RBS. She is responsible for maintaining all aspects of RBS clients’ accounts, including overall client satisfaction and retention. Prior to joining RBS, Shelley worked in New York City at a private independent school as an Administrative Manager. Before moving to New York, Shelley worked for two private wealth management companies in Boston, MA, where she dealt with high-net worth clients on a daily basis in a client service role. Shelley received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Bryant College.
