Trista E. Collins, Rph Clinical Pharmacy Director Trista E. Collins is a Registered Pharmacist with 19 years of experience. As Clinical Pharmacy Director for RBS, Trista prospectively and retrospectively evaluates PBM clinical criteria to ensure the protocols are in adherence with the client’s benefit philosophy and standards of practice. Trista also is involved in the Prior Authorization and Appeals process, thus enhancing the physicians’ knowledge of and compliance with Step Therapy Programs. This includes working with other clinical support staff, PBM management, and account executives for plan implementation. Before joining RBS, Trista held positions with Presbyterian Village North Pharmacy (a Continuum Care Retirement Community), Sam’s Club Pharmacy as Manager, Wal-Mart Mail Services as Director of Clinical Services, Kaiser Permanente’s Dallas Specialty Center Pharmacy, Caremark Prescription Services, and Humana Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Education Trista graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. degree in Pharmacy.
